How to get a refund for your unsused Tokens?
Scan your wristband's QR code with your phone's camera. This will redirect you to your event's Fever Wallet within the Fever app or website.
Select the "Request a Refund" option.
Fill in the requested information to finalize your refund request.
Important: If you've lost your wristband, you can only request a refund if you had previously scanned it with your phone and it's registered in your Fever Wallet.
Refund period: Until June 23rd at 3:00 PM.
Refunds will be processed once the request period ends, and you will receive the money within a maximum of two weeks. (Tokens offered via promotions are non-refundable.)
